Meet our Staff
Pastor Gordon Small
Gordon Small has served as Eastwood’s Pastor since March 2006. He and his wife Gloria were married at Eastwood in 1980. They have five children: Nathan works as a golf course superintendent in Indiana, Andrew works on a golf course in Florida, Luke works for Trifecta Communications in Moore, OK, Julia attends Tulsa University, and Jason goes to school in Owasso, OK.
Gordon graduated from Oklahoma State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. He served the Lord in Indiana with the Home Mission Board (now NAMB) for almost seven years as a Language Missionary and eleven years as a pastor of a local Southern Baptist Church. Each year he leads a volunteer group to central Mexico through the volunteer department of the International Mission Board (IMB).
His lifetime scripture is 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” He enjoys golf, racquetball, reading and foreign languages. Gordon speaks Spanish and has a passion to see people of all language groups come to know Jesus Christ (Rev 7:9-10).

Chip Reynolds-Associate Pastor
The beginnings of my new life in Christ started here at Eastwood back in 1977. I lived the life of a night club owner and a gambler. At age 27 I found the truth about what Jesus did for me on the cross and embraced it whole-heartedly.
Two years after my salvation experience, I was called into full-time ministry. I received an Associate’s Degree in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. I did an internship under Dr. Tom Elliff in Denver, CO and was an Associate Pastor in Tacoma, WA, for three years and have been on staff at Eastwood since 1987.
My wife, Jane, and I have seven children and six grandchildren.
My life verse is I Thessalonians 5:24, “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.”
